Before you start.
Are these real ranks?
Yes. Each grid point is a real Google Places API search biased towards that location. We record your listing rank using its Google place ID. This is not a screenshot of the personalised Maps app on a particular phone: it is a neutral measurement that you can compare between scans.
Do I need an account or access to my Google listing?
No. Choose your listing from the suggestions. We do not request access to your Google account. To purchase, your email is enough: it receives your workspace access link.
What can I see for free?
A real 5×5 map for one keyword, your neighbourhood's top-3 coverage, your rank at the door, the number of competitors in the top 3 and the first action to take. Competitor names, a 9×9 map, more keywords and the complete action plan are included in the full report.
Why does my rank change during the day?
Time matters: open businesses can move ahead in the evening and rankings tighten at night. In our example, we measured 60% top-3 coverage at 9 pm and more than 90% at 3 am. Every scan shows its time. Automatic monitoring runs within a fixed 9am–noon window in the Europe/Paris timezone, so scans are compared at a consistent time.
Can LocalRadar improve my Google rank?
We measure your position and recommend actions based on Google's published factors: relevance, distance and prominence. Nobody can guarantee a rank; Google states that you cannot pay for a better position. We provide an honest comparison before and after your changes.
What if a scan fails or the report is wrong?
A failed paid scan can be retried at no extra charge. If the report does not match what is described here, contact us within 14 days for a refund.
How do I cancel monitoring?
Cancel from your workspace using Stripe's secure billing portal. Access remains available until the paid period ends. No commitment.
