Data and purposes

Business information (name, address, Google place ID, keywords and scan results) is used to produce the scans. These are public business details. Your email, if provided for a preview or at checkout, is used to send access links, scans and up to three related preview tips, with one-click unsubscribe. Processing is based on providing the service and legitimate interests.

Stripe processes payments. We do not see or store card numbers; we keep the Stripe customer identifier, amount and date. A hash of your IP address is used for free usage limits; the IP address itself is not stored in the database. Our servers perform the Google searches, so the scan does not transmit your IP address to Google.

Cookies and storage

The rl_client cookie retains your workspace session for 60 days and is strictly necessary. Orbe retains your consent choice for six months and keeps its consent proof. KipStats audience measurement follows your consent choices. Your draft and recent scan list are kept in local browser storage to resume your work.

Map backgrounds are served by OpenFreeMap using OpenStreetMap data. Direct map requests transmit your IP address to that provider, as with other externally hosted resources. You can reopen consent settings using the footer link.

Providers and retention

Providers include Hostinger (EU hosting), Stripe, Google Places (server-side requests), OpenFreeMap and the email delivery gateway (Resend or Mailjet).

Previews without purchase are retained for 12 months after the last scan. Customer data is retained for three years after the last purchase or monitoring period; accounting records for ten years. Usage counters expire after 24 hours.
